摘要

金融是绿色经济低碳转型的重要抓手,持续提高金融创新水平成为降低碳排放量、加速碳中和进程的关键途径之一.本文基于温州11个县(市、区)2005-2020年的面板数据,测算历年碳汇总量、碳排放量,评估当前现状与碳中和愿景的差距,同时构建金融创新评价指标体系并总结区域格局的特点,最后借助门槛模型研究金融创新与碳排放之间的非线性关系,实证结果表明:金融创新能够显著降低碳排放量,且其碳减排效应随着产业结构高级化的推进而大幅增强;经济增长、对外开放增加了区域碳排放量,而产业结构高级化与人口规模能够抑制碳排放量.

Abstract

Finance is quite important for low-carbon economy,and improving the level of financial innova-tion has become one of the key ways to reduce carbon emission and accelerate the process of carbon neutrality.Based on the panel data of Wenzhou,this paper calculates the total amount of carbon sink and carbon emission,evaluates the gap between the current status and carbon neutrality,constructs a financial innovation evalu-ation index system and summarizes the regional characteristics,then studies the nonlinear relationship be-tween financial innovation and carbon emission with threshold model.The empirical results show that finan-cial innovation can significantly reduce carbon emission and this effect will be greatly enhanced with the improvement of advanced industrial structure.Besides,economic growth and opening-up increase regional carbon emission,while the upgrading of industrial structure and population size can reduce carbon emission.
