Data security problems occur frequently in the Internet industry,which not only damages the im-age and business value of enterprises,but also seriously affects the personal information security of us-ers.The data problems in the Internet industry are mainly manifested in the information outflow without the implementation of protection measures,arbitrary secondary use of data and data monopoly leading to the ag-gravation of industrial imbalance and so on.At present many large Internet companies,such as alibaba,have set up their own data such as bytes to beat the compliance and compliance concept was available,but as a re-sult of industry practice and less compliance management system in our country is still in the early construc-tion,the data with the individual large enterprises to establish the compliance is not data compliance con-struction to promote the Internet industry.At present,Internet enterprises need to clarify the key points for the protection of personal information and data security in legislation,and promote the construction of data compliance system in the Internet industry by improving the legal awareness of internal data security,conducting orderly supervision on the use of group data,and making timely response plans for data events.
