This paper analyzes the connotation and expression of red cultural resources,and clarifies the logical mechanism of digital empowerment of innovation and transformation of red cultural resources.Taking the Shenzhen Party History Museum as an example,the application of digital technology in the Shenzhen Party History Museum is analyzed.This paper focuses on the dilemma of digital empowerment of red cultural re-sources innovation and transformation,mainly including:difficult data governance,difficult application of digital technology,large data security risks,low utilization rate of digital resources,lack of profes-sional talents,and insufficient innovation and transformation methods.Finally,the paper puts forward the path of digital empowerment of the innovation and transformation of red cultural resources:1.Strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure;2.Provide reliability and security protection;3.Ensure the sustainable development of red cultural resources;4.Establish a copyright protection mechanism for red cultural resources;5.Cultivate professionals for the protection and inheritance of red culture.
