This article analyzes the new trends in party building leading to improved governance efficiency in mega-cities,identifies the challenges and pain points faced by party building leding grassroots gover-nance in enhancing efficiency,and proposed a series of strategies and recommendations to enhance the effi-ciency of party building leading grassroots governance in mega-cities.This article provides valuable in-sights for mega-cities to fully leverage the organizational advantages of the party,enhance the efficiency and level of grassroots governance,and achieve the organic integration of party building and governance.
