摘要
粤港澳大湾区建设是21世纪我国重要的国家发展战略布局,其重要内容就是实现粤港澳大湾区经济发展一体化.从粤港澳大湾区经济发展一体化的动力来看,既来源于建立统一要素市场、科技创新联动、人力资本自由流动、地理空间界限淡化等内生性动力,也离不开完善交通与信息基础设施、国家政策红利等外在驱动力.当前,健全大湾区要素市场一体化,搭建区域创新创业空间平台,建立聚合、兼容、开放市场信息共享机制,完善便捷、可达的立体交通网络体系以及制定区域均衡发展战略是粤港澳大湾区经济发展一体化的重要举措.
Abstract
The construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area is an important national devel-opment strategic layout in China in the 21st century,and its important content is the integration of eco-nomic development in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.From the perspective of the integration of economic development in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area,it can be seen that the driving forces not only come from the establishment of a unified factor market,technological innovation linkage,free flow of human capital,and dilution of geographical and spatial boundaries,but also from external driv-ing forces,such as improving transportation and information infrastructure,and national policy dividends.Currently,improving the integration of factor markets in the Greater Bay Area,building a regional innova-tion and entrepreneurship space platform,establishing a mechanism for aggregation,compatibility,and open market information sharing,improving a convenient and accessible three-dimensional transportation network system,and formulating a regional balanced development strategy are important measures for the integra-tionofeconomic development in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.
