The rural revitalization strategy is the abstract strategy to realize the talk of agriculture and rural counties.It is also the abstract starting point and specific policy for the Party committees and gov-ernments at all levels to develop the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and solve the problems of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in a long period in the future.At present,all regions across the country have entered the stage of fully implementing the rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of great achievements,there are still quite a few problems.How to solve the problems encountered in order to promote the development of rural revitalization is the first practical problem that Party committees and governments at all levels must solve to better implement the rural revitalization strategy,so as to continuously achieve the goal of rural revitalization.
