摘要

没有全民健康就没有全面小康.卫生帮扶工作进入到乡村振兴时期如何与脱贫攻坚成果实现有效衔接的关键因素在人.PDCA循环作为医院常用的一种管理手段,在帮扶管理中,通过运用PDCA循环可以有效实现帮扶人才的长效化管理、调动帮扶干部的工作积极性、提升受援地区卫生人才培养能力及助力干部发掘.

Abstract

Without the health of the whole people,there will be no well-off society in an all-round way.The key factor of how to effectively connect the health assistance work with the achievements of poverty allevia-tion in the period of rural revitalization is manpower.PDCA cycle,as a common management method in hospi-tals,can effectively realize the long-term management of helping talents through the use of PDCA cycle.It can also mobilize the enthusiasm of supporting cadres,improve the training ability of health talents in the recipient areas,and help cadres scouting.
