Financial management in universities is an important component of the governance system and an important focus in promoting"Double First Class"construction.Firstly,this paper analyzes the six main con-tradictions faced in financial management in universities.Secondly,taking resolving the contradictions in financial management,effectively improving financial management,and promoting"Double First Class"con-struction in universities as the cut-in-spot,it has conducted in-depth research on improving the"Four Basic Abilities"of financial management in universities and implementing the"Two Basic Projects"of financial management in universities.
