At present,with the development and application of digital intellectualization technology,the use of big data Internet technology to promote the improvement of government services,and then optimize the government business environment has become an essential trend at present.This paper focuses on the practice of"Internet + government service"reform to optimize the government business environment in X City,Shaanxi Province.Through analysis,it is found that the degree of convenience for enterprises and the transparency of government services in X City,Shaanxi Province,are constantly optimized,but the government business en-vironment still needs to be further improved,which is mainly manifested in the following aspects:the effect of multi-departmental joint supervision is not good,and the government-enterprise communication channels are not perfect.channels are not perfect,etc.At present,Chinese modernized government services should up-hold the concept of service-oriented government,strengthen interdepartmental communication and collabora-tion,broaden the communication channels between government and enterprises,and improve the data resource sharing mechanism,so as to ultimately achieve the continuous optimization and benign development of the business environment in government affairs.
