摘要
中国改革开放四十余年来,深圳市作为经济特区肩负着对内改革和对外开放的双重使命,以敢闯敢试的气魄从无到有走出了一条具深圳特色的科技创新之路.深圳的崛起绕不开我国科技创新发展历程,我国的科技创新也在深圳被诠释得精彩纷呈.当前,世界面临百年未有之大变局,深圳被再次赋予重大机遇和光荣使命,从先行先试转向先行示范,在新时代为实现全面推动我国经济高质量发展,成为社会主义现代化强国城市范例踏上新征程.本文通过对科技创新的要素构成和研究基础,结合深圳一路走来的政策背景和特征现状的综合分析,思考中国特色社会主义先行示范区建设过程存在的问题,并探索如何从科技创新的角度更好地给予解决对策,为广东乃至全国提供高质量的经验借鉴和启示.
Abstract
Over the past 40 years of China's reform and opening up,Shenzhen,as a special economic zone,has shouldered the dual mission of domestic reform and opening up to the outside world.With the courage to ven-ture and try,it has embarked on a path of technological innovation with Shenzhen's unique characteristics.The rise of Shenzhen cannot be separated from the development process of China's scientific and technologi-cal innovation,and China's scientific and technological innovation has also been interpreted brilliantly in Shenzhen.At present,the world is facing a century long upheaval,and Shenzhen is once again endowed with significant opportunities and glorious missions.It has shifted from being a pioneer in experimentation to being a pioneer in demonstration.In the new era,it is embarking on a new journey to achieve comprehensive promotion of high-quality economic development in China and become a model of a socialist modernized and pow-erful city.This article comprehensively analyzes the composition and research foundation of the elements of scientific and technological innovation,combined with the policy background and development characteris-tics of Shenzhen along the way,ponders on the problems in the construction process of the socialist demon-stration zone with Chinese characteristics,and explores how to better provide solutions from the perspec-tive of scientific and technological innovation,providing high-quality experience and inspiration for Guangdong and even the whole country.
