摘要
在稳经济增长当下,风险投资对增加中国经济活力,寻找新的经济增长点至关重要.本文利用清科数据库提供的2000-2022年中国地级市层面和机构层面的风险投资数据,从行业总量、地域发展情况、被投企业阶段和被投行业类型四方面全面梳理了中国风险投资行业发展现状,并分析了影响中国风险投资行业发展的主要因素,并提出促进风险投资行业发展的政策建议.
Abstract
In the current context of stabilizing economic growth,venture capital plays a crucial role in en-hancing China's economic vitality and identifying new drivers for economic expansion.This article utilizes venture capital data at the prefecture-level and institution-level provided by the CVSource database from 2010 to 2022.It comprehensively examines the current state of the venture capital industry in China,cover-ing overall industry,regional development,stages of invested enterprises,and types of invested indus-tries.The article analyzes the primary factors influencing the development of China's venture capital in-dustry and puts forth policy recommendations to promote its growth.
