职普融通视域下高职专升本的问题及优化对策
The Problems and Optimization Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Upgrading from College to University under the Perspective of the Integration of Vocational Education and General Education

摘要
高职专升本既能满足社会人才培养的需求也能满足高职学生自我提升的需要,但随着时代的发展,高职专升本存在职普融通缺失、缺位、缺乏"三缺"问题,及由此造成的诸如选拔方式单一、以普通教育为主导等现象.本文通过文献梳理等方法,基于职普融通视域,尝试为解决高职专升本现存问题提出优化应对策略.从宏观上进行顶层设计、微观上落实具体举措,并建立保障机制确保高职专升本更加科学有效推进,以促进高职学生关于人的全面发展,为现代化建设培养高质量复合型人才.
Abstract
Higher vocational upgrading can not only meet the needs of social talent training but also higher vocational students for self-improvement.However,with the development of the times,there are"three defi-ciencies"of the integration of vocational education and general education in higher vocational upgrading,which results in some phenomena such as the single selection method and general education as the leading fac-tor.By the literature combing and other methods,based on the perspective of the integration of vocational education and general education,the study attempts to optimize the countermeasures for the existing prob-lems of higher vocational upgrading.With the top-level design at the macro level,specific measures at the micro level,and the guarantee mechanism,the higher vocational upgrading is ensured to develop more scien-tifically and effectively,which will promote the comprehensive development of higher vocational students,and cultivate high-quality inter-disciplinary talents for the modernization construction.
