基于NVivo软件的三亚大小洞天旅游区携程网评研究

摘要
网络技术迅猛发展,人们消费意识日益改变,而当前传统景区的发展与此不相匹配,导致许多景区的游客大量流失.景区要适应网络技术的发展趋势,因此谋求转型升级、更好的发展成为各个景区的首要目标.本文通过使用NVivo软件中的查询功能中的词频查询功能对三亚大小洞天旅游区携程网评进行词频分析,通过提取其中的关键字,深入梳理其存在的机遇及不足,提出提升三亚大小洞天旅游区服务质量的建议与对策,旨在促进三亚大小洞天旅游景区的繁荣发展.
Abstract
With the rapid development of network technology and the increasing change in people's consump-tion consciousness,the growth of traditional scenic spots is still stagnant,leading to a significant loss of tourists in numerous scenic spots.Nowadays,scenic spots should adapt to the development trend of network technology.Therefore,transforming and upgrading the tourism industry and seeking better development be-come each scenic spot's primary goal.In this paper,the word frequency query function in the query function of NVivo software is used to analyze the word frequency of the Ctrip evaluation of the Sanya Dongtian Park Tourism Area.By extracting the keywords,the opportunities and shortcomings are sorted out in-depth,and suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the service quality of the Sanya Dongtian Park Tourism Area.It aims to promote the prosperity and development of the Sanya Dongtian Park Tourism Area.
