The integration of budget management has profoundly changed the business process and control norms of government procurement management.The budget management of government procurement truly adapting to the requirements of the integration of budget management has become an urgent problem for universities.This paper studies the government procurement management mechanism in the integration of budget management,analyzes the management difficulties faced by universities under the new situation,and puts forward coun-termeasures to optimize the government procurement budget management in universities under the concept of integrated budget management,aiming at promoting the effective development of the government procurement budget preparation and implementation management of universities,so that universities can better adapt to the requirements of integrated budget management.
