This study focuses on evaluating the dynamic high-quality development of industrialization in Dongguan from an enterprise perspective.Seven key indicators,including industrial value-added rate,total asset contribution rate,and asset-liability ratio,are selected to construct an evaluation index system for the dynamic development of towns within Dongguan.A temporal dynamic multi-attribute comprehensive evalua-tion model is established to comprehensively assess each town(street).The research findings indicate that the level of high-quality industrial development in Dongguan has continuously improved since the financial crisis.However,in terms of spatial form,the agglomeration and radiation effects among enterprises have not yet formed,leading to insufficient regional development.Further analysis using a data envelopment analysis model reveals that technological progress is the main factor driving positive changes in total fac-tor productivity in Dongguan.However,the improvement of technological efficiency,which involves inter-nalizing technological progress to enhance production efficiency and generate economies of scale,remains a weak point in achieving high-quality industrial development in Dongguan.Based on these findings,this paper proposes policy recommendations to promote technological efficiency progress and enhance the level of re-gional total factor productivity in both the short and long term.
