Research on the Mechanism and Path of Digital Economy Enabling High-Quality Development of Foreign Trade Under the Background of Double Cycle——Take Zhejiang Province as an Example
The digital economy provides a good platform,technology,environment and other foundation for Zhejiang's foreign trade.It promotes the high-quality development of foreign trade with inclusiveness and high penetration,helps to realize the reform of foreign trade industry and the sustained growth of foreign trade economy,and has become an important trend and effective way.Recently,there are bottlenecks in the digital economy of Zhejiang Province to enable high-quality development of foreign trade,such as low degree of industrial digitalization and digital industrialization and disconnection with foreign trade demand,scarcity of high-quality talents in digital economy and foreign trade and low education efficiency.From the perspectives of digital infrastructure,digital industry,digital finance and digital talents,the high-quality mechanism and efficient realization path of Zhejiang's digital economy enabling foreign trade under the dual-cycle background are proposed,so as to promote the excellent synergic coupling of Zhejiang's digi-tal economy and foreign trade and jointly promote the high-quality development of foreign trade.
