The digital economy is a new driving force for high-quality economic development.In order to re-flect the digital economy development in Guangdong province,the paper constructs the digital economy index system and uses the entropy method to measure the digital economy index of 21 cities in Guangdong Province,reflecting the trend of digital economy development in the past ten years,and analyzes the spatial agglom-eration characteristics of the digital economy development in each region through visual processing.The re-search shows that there were significant differences in the digital economy development in different cities of Guangdong Province,and the digital economy development in each region shows dynamic volatility.From the spatial and temporal distribution of the digital economy development,the cities entering the first and sec-ond echelons have been stable for a long time,while the cities entering the third,fourth and fifth echelons have changed.Accordingly,the paper puts forward of the suggestions from the government,industry and en-terprise aspects.
