The three-stage DEA model was used to measure the efficiency of China's commercial circulation industry.The results show that after stripping the external environment and random interference,the tech-nical efficiency of China's commercial circulation industry decreased from 0.72 to 0.67.The efficiency of east China,central China and north China is relatively high,the efficiency of south China and northeast China is basically the same as that of the whole country,while the efficiency of southwest China and north-west China is obviously low.Based on input redundancy and significant spatial differences,improving the overall development efficiency of China's commercial circulation industry can be achieved in many aspects,including regional collaboration,improving the quality of talents,making up for shortcomings in infra-structure,strengthening policy guidance,enhancing government governance capabilities,and creating a free market environment.
