摘要

当下职业院校市场营销专业人才培养过程中存在就业率低、专业不对口等诸多问题,亟需推动人力资源的供给侧改革.因此,从产教融合的视角,分析市场营销专业人才培养现状,探索当前存在的主要问题,创新社会所需的人才培养模式至关重要.这将有利于从根本上提升人才培养质量,解决好人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧"两张皮"的问题.为此,首先,要从专业定位出发,坚持以社会需求为导向.其次,要继续深化教师、教材、教法"三教"改革.最后,加强产教融合,促进校企之间的协同发展.

Abstract

There are many problems in the current process of cultivating marketing professionals in voca-tional colleges,such as low employment rates and mismatched majors.It is urgent to promote the supply side reform of human resources.Therefore,from the perspective of industry education integration,it is crucial to analyze the current situation of talent cultivation in marketing,explore the main problems currently ex-isting,and innovate the talent cultivation models required by society.This will be beneficial for fundamen-tally improving the quality of talent cultivation and solving the problem of the"two skins"of talent culti-vation supply side and industry demand side.Thus,firstly,we need to start from professional positioning and adhere to the guidance of social needs.Secondly,we must continue to deepen the reform of teachers,text-books,and teaching methods.Finally,it needs to strengthen the integration of industry and education,and promote collaborative development between schools and enterprises.
