摘要
气候变化对于人类如今的生产生活已然成为一大危机,气候变化会影响企业的生产经营和投资决策,同时企业的行为也会影响气候变化.随着我国"碳达峰,碳中和"目标的提出,ESG在国内也备受关注,正确认识ESG的本质对发展ESG、用好ESG具有重要意义.本文通过梳理三重底线理论详细说明了ESG的底层逻辑和深层含义.从气候变化减缓与适应、气候变化过渡转型中、社会大趋势利弊问题、投资组合分散化程度、资产配置短期与长期五个方面阐述分析了在ESG实践与投资过程中需要权衡的问题.在各利益相关方间做好权衡,才更有利于实现可持续发展.
Abstract
Nowadays,climate change has become a major crisis for human production and life,and climate change affects the production and operation of enterprises and investment decisions,and at the same time,the behaviour of enterprises also affects climate change.With China's"carbon peak,carbon neutral"goal put forward,ESG in the country has also attracted much attention,a correct understanding of the nature of ESG is important for the development of ESG,good use of ESG.This paper explains the underlying logic and deeper meaning of ESG by sorting out the triple bottom line theory,and the triple bottom line theory is also the theoretical basis of this paper.The issues that need to be weighed in the ESG practice and investment process are described and analysed from five aspects:climate change mitigation and adaptation,climate change tran-sition,the pros and cons of social megatrends,the degree of portfolio diversification,and short-term and long-term asset allocation.A good trade-off between the stakeholders is more conducive to the achievement of sustainable development.
