Blockchain,with its features of decentralization,distrust,traceability and security,matches the concept of digital rule of law government construction in the era of digital economy,and is able to pro-mote a new round of self-innovation of government governance and accelerate the modernization of government governance.However,blockchain in the process of coupling with the construction of digital rule of law gov-ernment also exists problems such as weakening of the authority of government governance,high difficulty in guaranteeing the security of data,and systematic loopholes and rule conflicts.In this regard,in order to make blockchain and government governance better realize intelligent interconnection,the top-level design of blockchain government application should be strengthened,the principle of inclusive and prudent regula-tion should be adhered to,the positioning of blockchain's instrumental attributes should be clarified,and the government's dominant position in data governance should be brought into play,to realize the construc-tion of the digital rule of law government and promote the development of the digital economy and moderniza-tion of national governance.
