In recent years,some listed companies in our country have experienced a"major turnover"of se-nior management teams,which has attracted widespread attention in the capital market.The senior management team of listed companies is the maker and executor of the company's strategic decisions.The stability of the senior management team has a significant impact on the company's operations and future development.This ar-ticle uses Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2022 as a research sample to empiri-cally test the relationship between the top management team stability and the firm growth,and conducts an in-depth study of the impact of the stability of the top management team on the company's future development.
