摘要

本文系桂西劳动经济学系列研究成果之一.研究依托自有数据库,运用"劳动—闲暇"模型、"推—拉"模型等经典理论分析了桂西地区女性就业者在劳动力市场的一般表现,运用回归分析解释了该群体劳动回报的主要影响因素,旨在通过研究,为管理部门制定政策推动女性就业提供实证依据,同时,通过研究亦能反映桂西地区女性就业群体的特殊性事实.

Abstract

This paper is one of the research results of labor economy in western Guangxi.Relying on its own database,this study analyzed the general performance of female employees in the labor market in western Guangxi by using classical theories such as'labor-leisure'model and'push-pull'model,and explained the main factors affecting the labor return of this group by using regression analysis,aiming to provide empiri-cal basis for the management department to formulate policies to promote female employment through research.It reflects the particularity of female employment group in western Guangxi.
