智能光伏产业链数字化治理策略研究——以嘉兴市为例
Research on Digital Governance Strategy of Intelligent Photovoltaic Industry Chain——Taking Jiaxing City as an Example

摘要
在浙江省深入实施数字经济"一号工程"的指引下,嘉兴市积极打造"嘉兴智造"品牌,其优势产业光伏产业链数字化建设和治理对数字经济提质稳进具有重要作用.本文在对嘉兴光伏产业链发展情况和"智能光伏产业大脑"等行业级平台、"未来工厂"建设运行情况进行分析的基础上,提出了以下策略建议:拓展光伏企业合作平台模式、促进产业链强链;支撑"光伏+"创新应用场景运维、助力产业链延链;完善光伏行业技术创新平台、助推产业链补链;构建光伏工业互联网应用生态系统、实现产业链固链等智能光伏产业链数字化治理.
Abstract
Under the guidance of the in-depth implementation of the"No.1 Project"in the digital economy in Zhejiang Province,Jiaxing City is actively building the"Jiaxing Intelligent Manufacturing"brand.The digital construction and governance of the preponderant photovoltaic industry chain play an important role in improving the quality of digital economy development.Based on the investigation of the photovoltaic in-dustry chain development and the analysis of the construction and operation of industry level platforms such as"Intelligent Photovoltaic Industrial Brain"and"Future Factory"in Jiaxing.The following countermea-sures and suggestions for digital governance of the intelligent photovoltaic industry chain are put forward:expanding the cooperation platform mode of photovoltaic enterprises to enhance the industry chain,support-ing the operation and maintenance of"photovoltaic+"innovative application scenarios to extend the industry chain,improving the photovoltaic industry technology innovation platform to supplement the industry chain,and building a photovoltaic industry internet application ecosystem to fix the industry chain.
