乡村振兴战略背景下大学生返乡创业融资问题及路径探究

摘要
党的二十大报告提出,全面推进乡村振兴,坚持农业农村优先发展,坚持城乡融合发展,畅通城乡要素流动.这就需要大学生积极投身乡村服务,更好地推动乡村振兴战略实施.基于此,本文对乡村大学生在返乡创业过程中所遇到的融资问题进行了探究,其成因主要有以下四方面:创业者自身融资条件欠缺、市场融资环境不佳、政府等相关部门支持政策不完善及高校对创业融资方面教育重视度不够.为此,应从以下四方面着力解决:返乡大学生要拓宽融资视角,提升创业理念;金融机构要优化革新创投模式;政府部门要提升落实创业服务质量;高校要建立健全创新创业指导工作,帮助大学生在返乡创业融资过程中降低风险,提高创业成功机会.
Abstract
The report of the 20th Party Congress proposes to comprehensively promote the revitalization of the countryside,adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,adhere to the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and smooth the flow of urban and rural elements.This requires univer-sity students to actively engage in rural services to better promote the implementation of the rural revital-ization strategy.Based on this,this paper explores the financing problems encountered by rural university students in the process of returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses.The causes are mainly the following four aspects:the lack of financing conditions of the entrepreneurs themselves,the poor fi-nancing environment in the market,the imperfect support policies of the government and other relevant de-partments,and the insufficient attention to education on entrepreneurial financing in universities.The following four areas should be addressed:broadening the financing perspective of returning university stu-dents and improving the concept of entrepreneurship,optimising and innovating the venture capital model by financial institutions,improving the quality of entrepreneurial services by government departments,and establishing and improving the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship by universities,so as to help university students reduce risks and improve the chances of success in the process of financing their ven-tures back home.
