摘要
社会工作高质量发展是中国式现代化背景下增强人民福祉、促进社会公平正义的重要举措.研究发现,随着我国不断完善推动社会工作发展的政策法规,增设全方位社会服务机构,推进社会工作人才队伍建设,扩大社会工作服务规模,已形成多层次、广覆盖社会工作服务体系.中国式现代化背景下社会工作高质量发展存在社会工作教育体系成熟度偏低,公众认知度低、岗位设置有限,地域发展不均衡,服务监督、评估体系不够完善等问题.文中提出了中国式现代化背景下社会工作高质量发展需通过强化专业教育与丰富本土化理论,提高社会工作认可度与拓宽社会工作职业道路,促进城乡社会工作均衡发展,确保社会工作服务质量监督和评估、促进国际交流与合作等路径.
Abstract
The high-quality development of social work is an important measure to enhance people's well-being and promote social fairness and justice under the background of Chinese modernization.The study found that China has continuously improved policies and regulations to promote the development of social work,added a full range of social service institutions,promoted the construction of social work personnel,ex-panded the scale of social work services,and formed a multi-level and wide-coverage social work service sys-tem.Under the background of Chinese modernization,there are some problems in the high-quality development of social work,such as low maturity of social work education system,low public awareness,limited post set-ting,unbalanced regional development,imperfect service supervision and evaluation system.It is proposed that the high-quality development of social work under the background of Chinese-style modernization needs to strengthen professional education and enrich the localization theory,improve the recognition of social work and broaden the career path of social work,promote the balanced development of urban and rural social work,ensure the supervision and evaluation of social work service quality,and strengthen international ex-changes and cooperation.
