中外民办高等教育发展比较——基于中美英日韩的私立高等教育与区域经济耦合协调关系的研究

摘要
中国的私立高等教育正在探索中前进,而国外的私立高等教育已高度发达.本文通过对中国、美国、英国、日本、韩国近年来的私立高等教育和经济发展程度进行分析,采用基于熵值法和基于熵权TOPSIS法的耦合协调模型并进行对比分析,中国私立高等教育和经济发展程度的耦合关系呈现逐年上升趋势、美国两者的耦合关系呈现逐年上升趋势、英国两者的耦合关系呈U型趋势、日本两者的耦合关系呈现M趋势、韩国两者的耦合关系呈现逐年上升趋势.文后根据模型结果,通过借鉴美国和韩国的发展路径,进行政策分析并提出适用于中国私立高等教育发展的建议.
Abstract
China's private higher education is developing with exploration,while foreign private higher education has developed well.In order to comparing the relationship of private higher education and eco-nomic development in China,the United States,the United Kingdom,Japan and South Korea during recent years,we adopt the Coupling Coordination Model based on the Entropy Value Method and the Entropy Weight TOPSIS Method.It is found that the coupling relationship between China's private higher education and economic de-velopment degree shows a year-on-year upward trend,the coupling relationship between the United States also shows a year-by-year upward trend,the coupling relationship between the United Kingdom shows a U-shaped trend,and the coupling relationship between Japan shows an M trend,the coupling relationship between the two in South Korea is increasing year by year.Finally,according to the model results we provide policy analysis and suggestions about the development of private higher education in China based on the development paths of the United States and South Korea.
