摘要
要充分推动舟山养老模式创新,促进共同富裕视角下舟山养老服务的高质量发展,需以老年人的多种需求为出发点,实现多种目标养老服务的达成.本文按照国际社会一般将老年人的需求总结为三个"M",即Money(经济需求)、Medicare(医疗需求)以及Mental(精神需求)三个方面.以此为基本框架,深入舟山农村、海岛、社区、养老院中,采用"深度访谈+问卷调查"的方式,通过构建Bragg模型来分析身体健康、经济状况、家庭照护三方面对海岛老年人的影响,并对老年人的多种需求展开了调查.了解舟山老年人在养老过程中的需求满足、现实困境、解决措施等整体状况.
Abstract
To fully promote the innovation of the elderly care model in Zhoushan and promote the high-quality development of elderly care services from the perspective of common prosperity,it is necessary to take the various needs of the elderly as the starting point and achieve various goals of elderly care ser-vices.This article summarizes the needs of elderly people into three"M"aspects according to the general in-ternational community,namely Money(economic needs),Medicare(medical needs),and Mental(spiritual needs).Based on this basic framework,in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted in rural areas,islands,communities,and nursing homes in Zhoushan.A Bragg model was constructed to analyze the im-pact of the physical health,economic status,and family care of elderly people on islands,and to investi-gate their various needs.Understand the overall situation of elderly people in Zhoushan,including their needs,current difficulties,and solutions during the elderly care process.
