新时期非民族高校民族学生服务育人体系的探索与创新

摘要
高质量思想政治教育体系是高质量教育体系的应有之义,而高质量的民族学生服务育人体系不仅是高质量思想政治教育体系的重要组成部分,也是推动铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育与高校思想政治教育工作紧密结合的重要组成部分.本文通过剖析非民族高校民族学生在培养过程中存在的系列问题,探索出打造互嵌校园环境助启航、协同多元教育资源齐护航、立足社会发展需求促远航、锤炼技能提质培优强续航的服务育人体系,推动以重技、强核、铸魂的创新性服务实践发展.
Abstract
A high-quality ideological and political education system is an essential part of a high-quality education system,and a high-quality service and education system for ethnic students is not only an important component of a high-quality ideological and political education system,but also an important part of promoting the close integration of the education of the Chinese national community consciousness and the ideological and political education work in universities.This article analyzes a series of problems that ex-ist in the training process of ethnic students in non ethnic universities,explores a service and education system that creates an embedded campus environment to help them set sail,coordinates diverse educational re-sources to protect them,promotes long-distance travel based on social development needs,and improves skills,quality,and endurance.It promotes the development of innovative service practices that emphasize technology,strengthen core and forge soul.
