The Exploration,Practice and Deepening Path of Party Building Work In State-Owned Enterprises——Take Shenzhen as an Example
High quality party building is the fundamental guarantee for the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises,and strengthening party building in state-owned enterprises is of great signifi-cance in leading the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.However,there are some problems in some state-owned enterprises,such as the dilution of the party's leading role,the formalization of the in-tegration of party building and business work,the complexity of party building in mixed-ownership enter-prises,and the weakening of enterprise talent team.To address the above issues,this article summarizes the exploration and achievements of party building in state-owned enterprises in Shenzhen from four aspects:strengthening party building to lead high-quality development,deepening the integration and mutual promo-tion of party building and business,innovating the party building model of mixed ownership enterprises,and strengthening the construction of enterprise talent teams.It also explores the deepening path of promoting party building in state-owned enterprises from four mechanisms:political guidance,organizational guaran-tee,cultural integration,and talent cultivation.The aim is to provide useful references for party build-ing in state-owned enterprises in other regions of the country and help to lead high-quality development of state-owned enterprises with high-quality party building.
