The Contingent Path,Realistic Dilemma and Development Countermeasures of University Think Tank Serving Rural Revitalization Strategy
Rural revitalization strategy is steadily advancing in China,and there is an urgent need to at-tract a large number of talents to gather in the field of"agriculture"to carry out a series of work as policy study,decision-making support and public opinion guidance.University think tank is an important part of the development and construction of the new type think tank research with Chinese characteristics.As the"gathering place"and"cultivation"for talents,university think tank should focus on the strategic needs of the country and rural revitalization strategy,and give full play to our own characteristics and advantages to help rural revitalization.Combining the functions and characteristics of university think tank,this pa-per analyzes the path of university think tank to serve the rural revitalization strategy from four perspec-tives:social service function,government decision-making support,talent cultivation ability and results transformation effectiveness.In the analysis of the current situation of university think tank serving ru-ral revitalization strategy,this paper finds that there are still the problems of imperfect ecosystem con-struction,unclear self-positioning,weak sense of service initiative and insufficient communication influ-ence.In view of the existing difficulties,this paper gives the specific development countermeasures to op-timize the construction of university think tank,and improve the quality of serving the rural revitaliza-tion strategy.
