Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Ability of Township Party Members and Cadres to Prevent and Resolve Political Risks——Based on Field Research in HY County
The capacity of rural party and government officials to prevent and mitigate political risks com-prises three components:the ability to anticipate political risk events,the capability to manage them,and the proficiency to resolve them.Our investigation revealed a clear inadequacy in their capacity to prevent political risk events,a need for improvement in their management capabilities,and an urgent necessity to enhance their resolution skills.This is primarily attributed to an unstable internal motivational founda-tion and numerous external constraints.To bolster the capacity of rural party and government officials in preventing and resolving political risks,it is imperative to prioritize educational reinforcement for heightened self-awareness;innovate mechanisms for enhanced institutional guidance;as well as optimize re-sources for establishing a robust support and assurance system.
