Research on Party Building Leading Grassroots Mass Autonomy in the New Era——Analysis of the Practice of Villagers'Self-Governance Led by Party Building in C Village of Anhui Province
Party building leading mass self-governance is an important way of grassroots governance in the new era.At present,Village C in Anhui Province has actively created a self-government structure,rational-ized the self-government mechanism,and expanded the self-government capacity,and constructed a brand-new practice mode of villagers'self-government led by Party building.However,at this stage,it is still facing the problems of weak grass-roots party building,weak political leadership,insufficient adaptability of self-governance units,and low governance effectiveness.Therefore,the mechanism of grassroots party building should be improved,the effectiveness of villagers'self-government should be enhanced,and the system of collaborative governance should be improved to create a pattern of self-governance by mutual con-sultation,common construction and sharing.
