Measurement and Countermeasures Analysis of the Development Level of Rural Tri-Industrial Integration in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the Context of Rural Revitalisation
The integrated development of industries is a fundamental way to achieve rural revitalisation and an important focus point for leading entrepreneurship and innovation in the Corps.On the basis of ten-year time series data of 14 divisions and cities in the Corps,a set of indicator system to assess the level of development of the integration of one,two,three industries in rural areas of the Corps was established,and the entropy method was applied to measure the level of development of the three industries integration in the Corps over the past ten years,and at the same time,the level of development of divisions and cities around the Corps was analysed,and it was found that rural areas in the Corps found the level of rural three-industry integration of the Corps was constantly improving,but the level of development of three-industry integra-tion of the Corps was better in the divisions and cities are fewer,and most divisions and cities still have more room for improvement in the level of three-product integration.Therefore,countermeasures are pro-posed to extend the industrial chain,expand the sales market,improve the integration mechanism,give full play to the advantages of resources,build new forms of industry,and improve the level of service so as to form a benign cycle of development in the Corps'three-product integration.
