Located on the key route of"Belt and Road",Vietnam has become one of the first choices for Chi-nese enterprises to actively explore overseas in recent years.China needs to actively respond to the new trend of integrating developing countries such as Vietnam into global labour norms,and try to promote the formation of labour norms reflecting the position of developing countries in foreign economic and trade coop-eration under the Belt and Road Initiative as well as in various trade agreements,with the aim of seeking a positive interaction between the protection of workers'rights and economic growth.
