This study is one of the research results of labor economics in western Guangxi Province,aiming to reflect the new tendency of labor economy in border minority areas.This study uses three levels of data:on the one hand,it provides new methods and ideas for measuring the size of the elderly population in Baise by 2030;on the other hand,it discusses the impact of Baise entering the'deep aging society',analyzes the fac-tors driving the elderly population to return to work,and finally gives policy suggestions.
