"双减"背景下英语专业学生就业影响因素及对策研究——以浙江省高校为例

劳动就业情况是我国国民经济可持续发展中不容忽视的因素,现阶段,由于产业结构不断转型以及"双减"政策的落地,社会对大学生就业能力提出了更高要求.本文基于文献研究,通过对浙江省内十所高校英语专业学生进行问卷调查及访谈,初步构建了英语专业学生就业理论模型.研究发现,五个因素深度影响英语专业学生就业,分别为:高校英语专业教学内容及方法、高校英语专业师资结构、高校英语专业学生综合能力、高校英语专业学生就业能力和企业与高校联动程度.本文针对这五个因素点对点提出对策建议.本研究希望能够为研究英语专业学生就业提供一定的借鉴.
Research on the Factors and Countermeasures Affecting the Employment Prospects of English Majors in the Context of China's Double Reduction'Policy——A Case Study of English Majors in Zhejiang Province
Labor and employment is a crucial factor for the sustainable development of China's national economy.However,the continuous transformation of industrial structure and the implementation of the"double reduction"policy have led to higher requirements for the employ-ability of college students.Conse-quently,the labor market has become imbalanced.This paper aims to address this issue by constructing a theo-retical model of English majors'employment,based on literature research,questionnaire survey,and inter-views with English majors from ten colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province.After conducting empiri-cal analysis,the theoretical model was revised,and five factors were found to deeply affect the employment of English majors:the teaching contents and methods of English majors in colleges and universities,the teacher structure of English majors in colleges and universities,the comprehensive ability of English ma-jors in colleges and universities,the employ-ability of English majors in colleges and universities,and the degree of linkage between enterprises and colleges and universities.This paper proposes specific coun-termeasure suggestions for each of these five factors.It is hoped that this study can provide a valuable ref-erence for those who are interested in the employment of english majors.
