A Study on the Culture and Tourism Commissioner System in the Perspective of Rural Revitalization——Taking Yubang Village in Sanming City,Fujian Province as an Example
Since the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress proposed the strategy of"Rural revi-talization",various beneficial explorations have been carried out on the revitalization of rural areas throughout the country,and the"cultural and tourism commissioner"system implemented by Fujian Province is one of them.Promoting rural revitalization in the new era is inseparable from the transformation and upgrad-ing of the cultural and tourism industry,which needs a series of systems,policies and measures to ensure.The practice of Yubang Village in Sanming City,Fujian Province shows that the"cultural and tourism commissioner"is an effective institutional innovation,which helps the majority of villages to implement the new develop-ment concept,promote high-quality development,and cultivate new productive forces.It also plays a demon-stration and reference role in exploring the diversified path of rural revitalization.To implement the"cul-tural and tourism commissioner"system well,it is necessary for all kinds of rural construction subjects to clearly define their responsibilities,effectively guide all kinds of relevant talents in all fields to sink into the village,take root in the village,and contribute to the village,follow the three principles of driv-ing,integration,and difference,and provide an endless driving force for promoting the organic integration of the cultural and tourism industry and rural revitalization.
