摘要
港澳客流是广州入境旅游的客群主体,也是广州激发消费潜能的重要目标群体.随着粤港澳大湾区互联互通的持续推进与近期人民币汇率的走低,港澳与内地呈现消费深度融合的趋势,也为广州带来了巨大的潜在消费流量.通过企业、相关单位调研及互联网数据分析,对广州承接港澳客流的基础条件和主要问题进行研究发现,广州面临入境交通衔接有待改善、金融支付服务堵点有待打通、旅游供需适配性有待提高、口岸消费带动功能有待提升、城市文旅营销力度有待加强等问题.建议广州从入境交通衔接、支付便利化、旅游产品和服务供给、游客消费体验、城市营销传播等方面着手,大力吸引港澳游客来穗消费,推动穗港澳培育文化认同、深化文旅融合.
Abstract
The Hong Kong and Macao tourists as the main body of Guangzhou inbound tourism,is also an impor-tant target group to stimulate the consumption potential of Guangzhou.With the continuous promotion of the connectivity of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,coupled with the recent decline of the RMB exchange rate,Hong Kong and Macao and the mainland show a trend of deep integration of consumption,which also brings huge potential consumption flow for Guangzhou.Through enterprises,relevant units research and Internet data analysis,based on the study of the basic conditions and main problems of Guangzhou to under-take the Hong Kong and Macao tourist flow,it is found that Guangzhou faces problems such as inbound traffic connection to be improved,financial payment service bottlenecks to be opened,tourism supply and demand adaptability to be improved,port consumption driving function to be improved,and urban cultural tourism marketing efforts to be strengthened.It is suggested that Guangzhou starts from the aspects of inbound traf-fic connection,payment facilitation,tourism products and services supply,tourist consumption experience,and urban marketing communication,and vigorously attracts Hong Kong and Macao tourists to Guangzhou for con-sumption,to promote the cultivation of cultural identity and deepen the integration of culture and tourism in Guangzhou,Hong Kong and Macao.
