广东省无人机产业高素质应用型人才培养研究

摘要
广东省是全国乃至全球无人机产业高地,以无人机为核心要素的低空经济已列入国家战略性新兴产业.新兴产业的迅猛发展,必然带来人才需求的同步增长,尤其是对民用无人机领域工程实践、技术技能等方面的高素质应用型人才需求迫切.本文聚焦广东省无人机产业发展现状和人才需求,重点分析了省内职业院校和应用型本科高校无人机专业设置和建设情况,对无人机领域应用型人才培养现状进行了深入分析,并对广东省无人机学科和专业建设提出了建议.广东省内各层次各类型无人机相关专业要坚持错位发展,加快关键办学能力建设,创新本校无人机专业特色发展之路.
Abstract
Guangdong Province is a highland for the national and even global drone industry,and the low al-titude economy with drones as the core element has been included in the national strategic emerging industry.The rapid development of emerging industries will inevitably bring about a synchronous increase in talent de-mand,especially for high-quality applied talents in the field of civil drones,such as engineering practice and technical skills.This article focuses on the current development status and talent demand of the drone industry in our province,with a focus on analyzing the establishment and construction of drone majors in vo-cational colleges and applied undergraduate universities within the province.It provides an in-depth analy-sis of the current situation of cultivating applied talents in the drone field and puts forward suggestions for the construction of drone disciplines and majors in our province.Various levels and types of unmanned aerial vehicle related majors in Guangdong Province should adhere to staggered development,accelerate the construction of key educational capabilities,and innovate the development path of drone majors.
