摘要
随着"懒人经济"的兴起与餐饮行业的飞速发展,预制菜产业蓬勃发展.预制菜产业是链接城乡、推进农村产业融合的新业态,已被列入中央一号文件,成为助力乡村振兴、推动共同富裕的重要引擎.广东省饮食具有鲜明的地域特色,是我国预制菜产业发展最为成熟和规模最大的省份之一.调研团队针对广东省预制菜产业发展状况展开调查,发现广东省预制菜产业具有产品、产业、技术及制度方面的优势,但是仍存在产业规模化程度不足、行业标准不统一、仓储物流成本高、消费认可度低的问题.未来应从提升产品研发生产能力,健全产业链条与品牌,提高冷链配送服务、加强监管与产业知识普及诸方面做出调整,将预制菜产业打造为带动农村经济发展的明星产业.
Abstract
With the rise of the"lazy economy"and the rapid development of the catering industry,the pre-fabricated dishes industry has flourished.The prefabricated dishes industry is a new form of business that links urban and rural areas and promotes the integration of rural industries.It has been listed in the No.1 central document of the Central Government,and has become an important engine to help rural revitalization and promote common prosperity.Guangdong Province's cuisine has distinct regional characteristics and is one of the most mature and large-scale provinces in China's prefabricated dishes industry.The research team con-ducted a survey on the development status of the prefabricated dishes industry in Guangdong Province,and found that the prefabricated dishes industry in Guangdong Province has advantages in product,industry,technology,and system aspects.However,there are still problems such as insufficient industrial scale,in-consistent industry standards,high warehousing and logistics costs,and low consumer recognition.In the future,adjustments should be made to enhance product research and development production capacity,improve the industrial chain and brand,improve cold chain delivery services,strengthen supervision and industry knowledge popularization,and make the prefabricated dishes industry a star industry that drives rural eco-nomic development.
