摘要

知识经济时代,以数字经济推动创新发展,加快实现经济高质量发展,是构建现代化经济发展体系的新思路.本文以中国30个省区市(不包含西藏、港澳台)为研究对象,使用2001-2021年数据,采用面板双向固定效应模型和IV-2SLS模型实证分析数字经济对区域创新的赋能效应.研究发现,数字经济对区域创新水平存在显著的"先抑制后促进"的U型影响关系,利用工具变量缓解内生性后,这一结果仍然显著,同时数字经济创新效应具有显著地区差异.这一结论证明数字经济与区域创新之间存在复杂非线性关系,是对现有研究成果的补充.为此,应积极推动数字经济赋能区域创新发展,制定差异化发展战略,充分发挥数字经济的创新溢出效应.

Abstract

In the era of knowledge economy,using digital economy to promote innovative development and ac-celerate the realization of high-quality economic development is a new approach to building a modern eco-nomic development system.Taking 30 provinces in China(excluding Xizang、Hongkong、Macao、Tainan)as the re-search object,using the data from 2001 to 2021,the panel two-way fixed effect model and IV-2SLS model are used to empirically analyze the enabling effect of digital economy on regional innovation.Research has found that there is a significant U-shaped relationship between the digital economy and regional innovation level,which is"first suppressed and then promoted".After using instrumental variables to alleviate endoge-neity,this result is still significant.At the same time,the innovation effect of the digital economy has significant regional differences.This conclusion proves the complex nonlinear relationship between the digital economy and regional innovation,and is a supplement to existing research findings.Therefore,we should actively promote the empowerment of regional innovation and development by the digital economy,for-mulate differentiated development strategies,and fully leverage the innovation spillover effects of the digital economy.
