摘要
本文通过构建农户电商服务质量评价体系,在为农户电商服务质量评价研究提供借鉴的同时,也为农户电商服务的改进提供了方向,可帮助政府有针对性地为农户电商谋求发展提供思路,以期进一步推动乡村振兴战略实施.文中采用文献研究和实证结合方法,获取影响农户电商服务质量评价的关键要素.以此为基础,结合SERVQUAL评价模型,运用访谈法、问卷调查方法构建形成农户电商服务质量评价体系.最终从可靠性、响应性、补救性、安全性四个维度建构形成了农户电商服务质量评价体系.
Abstract
This article aims to establish an evaluation system for the quality of farmer electronic mer-chants services,providing reference for the research on the evaluation of farmer electronic merchants ser-vice quality,providing direction for the improvement of farmer electronic merchants services,and helping the government to seek targeted development for farmer electronic merchants,further promoting the develop-ment of rural revitalization.Firstly,This article adopts a combination of literature research and empiri-cal methods to obtain key factors that affect the evaluation of farmer electronic merchants service quality.Based on this,combined with the SERVQUAL evaluation model,using interview and questionnaire survey meth-ods,a farmer electronic merchants service quality evaluation system is constructed.The final evaluation system for the quality of farmer electronic merchants services was constructed from four dimensions:Reli-ability,responsiveness,remediation,security.
