摘要
偷渡犯罪是威胁我国国家安全的重要因素之一,只有在总体国家安全观的指导下,才能对偷渡犯罪进行全面治理.随着百年未有之大变局的加速演进,偷渡犯罪也呈现出了趋势双向化、手段多样化、组织隐匿化、目的不法化的特点,在总体国家安全观的指导下,要提升公安科技创新水平、理顺侦办机制、完善协同治理模式、加强国际合作,对偷渡犯罪进行全面深入的治理,推进国家安全体系和能力现代化,确保国家长治久安.
Abstract
IIIegal immigration crime is one of the important factors threatening the national security of our country.Only under the guidance of a holistic view of national security can iIIegal immigration crime be comprehensively governance.With the accelerated evolution of the great changes unseen in a century,iIIegal immigration crime also show the characteristics of bidirectional trend,diversified means,hidden organiza-tions,and illegal purposes.Under a holistic view of national security,it is necessary to improve the sci-entific and technological innovation level of public security,straighten out the investigation mechanism,improve the collaborative governance model,strengthen international cooperation,and conduct comprehen-sive and in-depth governance of iIIegal immigration crime.We will modernize our national security system and capabilities to ensure lasting peace and stability.
