Investment attraction is the center of gravity of regional economic activities and an important factor of economic growth.At the third central symposium on work in xinjiang,it was proposed that the eco-nomic development of the XPCC should be further promoted by continuously enhancing its ability to cultivate and guard the border areas and continuously advancing its reform.However,the investment attraction of the XPCC lags far behind the national average level,and there are still some problems such as small investment scale,single investment mode and unreasonable investment structure,which are extremely inconsistent with the strategic position of the XPCC.In this situation,this article analysis corps investment attraction and its influence factors,through the establishment of regression model,using descriptive statistical analy-sis and empirical analysis,it is concluded that the tax policy,the size of the market,the degree of opening to the outside world,the total energy production has a positive significant influence on production and con-struction corps investment attraction,transportation distance and the level of human capital has a negative significant influence on production and construction corps investment attraction,It also makes a deep analysis on the investment attraction of the Corps'three industries and puts forward relevant suggestions,which is of great significance to improving the investment attraction of the Corps and promoting the economic and social development of the Corps.
