Guizhou is moving forward from a big tourism province to a strong tourism province.Most of Gui-zhou's tourism resources are distributed in the relatively backward rural areas.The development of tourism and the revitalization of rural areas complement each other.By analyzing the development status of rural tourism in Guizhou,the characteristics of talents needed by rural tourism enterprises,and the willingness of tourist talents to serve rural tourism,the paper proposes the path of"two projects and one demonstration"of tourism vocational education to serve rural revitalization,hoping that education,the government,enter-prises and society can jointly help Guizhou rural revitalization.
