Digital empowerment grassroots social governance is a primary project to promote the precision and refinement of the grassroots social governance and the modernization of China's governance system and ca-pacity.As the first pilot of digital government reform and construction within the province,Yuexiu Dis-trict has some experience and potential in grassroots digital governance development.This paper systemati-cally analyzes the status quo,summarizes the advanced experience,and finds out the existing problems of the grassroots digital governance in Yuexiu District.Then accordingly put forward solving methods from the per-spectives of solidifying the top layer design,refining the system mechanism,sticking to the leadership of the Communist Party,establishing governance community,emphasizing the demand-orientation,improving abil-ity on service and digital capacity and expanding the talents team.The paper aims to provide an effective decision-making basis for promoting grassroots digital governance from'digital governance'to'intelligent governance'.
