摘要
波音公司是美国制造业的明珠,以技术精湛和安全至上而闻名于世,而且在世界领先的政治制度和支持创新的制度体系之下谋求发展,但被金融资本成功控股之后,已经沦落到依靠政府救助才能避免破产的境地.实体企业为摆脱财富效应边际收益递减区的束缚只能不断进行科技创新,但金融资本从诞生之日起就从未取得过任何一项科技成果,而中国正在推动高质量发展,大力发展新质生产力,必须吸取美国波音从风光无限到走下神坛的惨痛教训,既需要调动金融资本的积极性,更需要抑制金融资本的破坏性.
Abstract
Boeing Company is the pearl of the American manufacturing industry,famous for its technical ex-cellence and safety first,and seeks development under the world's leading political system and institu-tional system supporting innovation,but after being successfully controlled by financial capital,it has been reduced to relying on government assistance to avoid bankruptcy.Entity enterprises can only continue to carry out scientific and technological innovation in order to get rid of the constraint of the wealth ef-fect marginal return diminishing zone,but financial capital has never made any scientific and technological achievements since the birth,and China is promoting high-quality development and vigorously developing new quality productivity,we must learn from the painful lessons of the United States Boeing from the scenery to the altar.That is,we need to mobilize the enthusiasm of financial capital,but also need to restrain the de-struction of financial capital.
