摘要
科技创新是推动经济高质量发展的关键驱动力,研究粤港澳大湾区科技创新发展的影响因素对于实施国家创新驱动发展战略、建设科技强国具有重要意义.综合运用经济学、管理学和区域发展等理论,通过实证分析发现,物质资本、信息技术、从业人口和对外开放等因素均对粤港澳大湾区的科技创新起到了积极促进作用.然而,产业结构对科技创新的支撑作用仍需加强.为此,研究提出有效推动粤港澳大湾区科技创新的高质量发展路径,即加大物质资本投入以提升科技基础设施,推进高素质人才的培养与引进以满足市场需求,强化信息技术的发展以促进区域协同合作,以及优化创新生态系统以提升整体创新能力.
Abstract
Technological innovation is a key driving force in promoting high-quality economic development.Researching the factors influencing the technological innovation development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area holds significant importance for implementing the national innovation-driven devel-opment strategy and building a strong science and technology nation.By applying theories from economics,management,and regional development,and through empirical analysis,it is found that factors such as physi-cal capital,information technology,workforce,and openness to the outside world have all played positive roles in promoting technological innovation in the Greater Bay Area.However,the support provided by the in-dustrial structure for technological innovation still requires strengthening.Therefore,the study proposes a high-quality development path to effectively promote technological innovation in the Greater Bay Area,which includes increasing investments in physical capital to enhance scientific and technological infra-structure,advancing the cultivation and introduction of high-quality talent to meet market demands,strengthening the development of information technology to promote regional collaborative efforts,and op-timizing the innovation ecosystem to enhance overall innovation capacity.
