摘要
本文阐述了广东省区域产业共建的现状及其特征,研究发现,广东区域产业共建虽然取得了一定的成绩,但尚存在着新旧动能转换遇瓶颈、产业聚集度偏低、合作双方资源互补效果不明显和权责分工出现分歧等问题,据此,从推动新旧动能有序转换、推动产业集聚集约化发展、完善相关政策措施并强化其引导作用、明确合作双方权责分工、创新多方主体利益共享机制和建立规范的园区管理体系等方面提出了促进广东区域产业共建发展的若干对策.
Abstract
This paper expounds on the current status and characteristics of regional industrial co-construction in Guangdong Province.The research finds that while Guangdong's industrial co-construction has achieved certain successes,it still needs challenges,such as bottlenecks in the transition between old and new growth drivers,low industrial agglomeration,insignificant resource complementary effects between cooperating parties,and disagreements over the division of responsibilities Based on these findings,sev-eral strategies are proposed to promote the development of regional industrial co-construction in Guang-dong,including facilitating the orderly transition between old and new growth drivers,promoting indus-trial agglomeration and intensification,improving relevant policy measures and enhancing their guiding role,clarifying the division of responsibilities between cooperating parties,innovating a multi-party benefit-sharing mechanism,and establishing a standardized park management system.
